Set pre dispenser of four individual hoppers capacity 6 m³ c/u. mounted on chassis semi tows structural constructed with perfileria heavy, with enlistment plate, legs of fixation you regulated in height, axis of transport. System of metering with tapes of 600 mm wide, of variable speed driven with moto reducing electrical and variadores electronic of frequency.

Length overall of the equipment: 14,5 mts.

OFFICE HOPPER: Capacity 22 TN.
System: Type raises hydraulic engineer, with opening of hydraulic floodgate, axis and sends for its transport.

ELEVATING TAPE OF MATERIAL: Composed by special tape, it raises to hydraulic engineer with thermus tunnel, axis and hooks plate for transport.
Length overall: 15 mts., adjustable to 9 mts. for its transport.

NOTE: The hydraulic system as much of the office hopper as of the elevating tape of material it has been designed to facilitate the work assembly, with easy regulation of height, elimination of cranes and great security of maneuver. The hydraulic power supply is usable for the assembly of the plant, as thus also for the opening and closes of the office floodgate.

FILTER: Recuperator of fine volatile, which are refunded to the drum and incorporated again to the mixture so that this has all the materials that do to their final composition. Incorporated when coming out of the drum in same semi it tows.

TRANSITION TAPE: Tape of access of dosed materials of hoppers to streaming tape. Length 9 meters
